How to connect a PC to a router?

Network discovery enabled.
Router Archer C50
When connected to a router, the PC does not receive ip via dhcp
When you enter a static ip on the router, the PC appears in the connected statistics.
Ping to the router does not work.
Another PC receives IP, the Internet works.
Probably due to the fact that the adapter has a speed of 1Gbps.
In the settings of the adapter, there is an auto-detection of the speed, I tried to force 100Mbps - it does not help.
What could be the reason?

Connected by wire? Then without a difference speed of a network.
Try updating the network drivers on the PC
And, as an option, reset the router to factory settings + check the router firmware is up to date

Try uninstalling the network card in the device manager and restarting the PC.
