How to connect a monitor, mouse, and keyboard to a computer via the Internet, without a duplicate computer?

Hello! The task is to connect the monitor, mouse and keyboard to the computer unit via the Internet plus power management. . Vns is not suitable, because the task is to organize a connection without a duplicate computer. Ip kvm and intel Vpro are also not suitable, because as far as I understand, these solutions mean connecting through the administrator's computer, and I need solutions to connect directly without a computer, plus keyboard and mouse to enter purely from the monitor. Does anyone know what solutions exist for this, at the level of software and hardware? If there are none, then what kind of specialists do you need to contact for implementation? Thank you all in advance.

Well, or let's put it this way - it has no solution at the everyday level. Theoretically, for servers there is iKVM / iLO / iDRAC - whoever calls it - a technology for connecting a remote console and management interface. But - it is intended purely for administration, it has practically no mouse support (it crawls there slowly and getting into the right element is another problem). And most importantly - available only for servers, because it requires support on the mother.
