How to connect a laptop via Wi-Fi to a router and access the Internet?
Internet does not work on Acer Aspire 5551g laptop connected via Wi-fi 2.4 to ZyXEL Keenetic Ultra router .
We bought a new ZyXEL Keenetic Ultra router on the recommendation on the website of the Beeline provider. Everything is set up. All devices are connected to it and work, except for the laptop. The laptop does not even see the web interface of the router.
The laptop previously worked fine with the previous router and with the router of one of my comrades.
When you connect a laptop directly to the router (via a twisted pair), the Internet is distributed, but for some reason not through Wi-fi.
At the same time, the laptop pings well other devices connected to the router, and they ping it well, but the laptop itself does not ping the router or external sites, all packets are lost. The router sees the laptop and pings it without loss.
The laptop is running Windows 7. Beeline technical support has not helped yet, I'm waiting for a call from Level 3 support.
I myself am not very versed in all these networks, ask everything you need to throw off, I'll throw it off.
Thanks in advance.
