If the router is too far away, then either put repeaters in the way - you can use ordinary switches.
With direct line of sight, you can point Ubiquti M2 or NanoStation at each other, but it's best to put it near the computer and near the router via a media converter, and throw an optical cable.

If the computer and the router are connected to the same electrical network (single phase) and the distance does not exceed 300 meters, you can try the HomePlug AV2 technology. Plug one box into an electrical outlet next to the router, the second one next to the computer, connect the boxes with a patch cord to the devices, press the pair button and voila, you have a powerline network. There are many similar devices on the market, some with built-in wi-fi access points.
