How to connect 2 routers to one network?

Hello
There are 2 MikroTik routers, 1
server
. (WPON port because there are no sockets nearby for the 2nd router).
A server (namely a network drive) is connected to router1 via a LAN port and a patch cord.
All users sit with Wi-Fi (different SSIDs, different channels) on both routers.
The question is that: it is impossible to connect to a network drive from a rotuera2. From router 1 everything works fine.
Tell me, please, in detail, how it is necessary to configure, so that it is possible to connect to the server from both routers?

Stupid option: switch router2 to switch mode.
A smart option: to spread the addressing of networks and prescribe routes and firewall and nat rules.
