How to configure webpack to compile scss in the same directory as the file?

Hello. Interested in such a moment, how can I configure webpack so that it compiles scss to the directory where the file itself is located. Example, there is such a structure
Let's say I created scss in each folder, how do I compile this css to css in the same folders?
