How to configure VPN to use only certain IPs, and not all traffic?

The resource to which you need access via VPN is located at IP: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3306.
I configure the VPN in the network settings, and check the boxes to send all traffic through the VPN.
The connection works, but I only need it to be used for one IP.
When entering this IP in the left column, the connection is not possible. How to set it up correctly?
