How to configure Vestacp if emails end up in spam?

Task : To prevent emails from being classified as spam

  1. Registered a free domain on my.freenom.com
  2. Created a subdomain
  3. I had a message deployed in which I created a user and created a subdomain in the web tab
  4. On this subdomain, I deployed a simple WordPress site, in which there is a form for sending an email
  5. When emails are sent, they end up in spam.
  6. Ran through www.mail-tester.com
  7. Rated 1.6 out of 10

Having read that the problem is most likely in the DNS settings, I'm trying to understand what's wrong with them?
I clicked the DKIM support checkbox in the mail settings on the West, nothing changes.
Hence the question is how to implement so that letters do not go to spam?
If there is not enough information, write, in the comments I will provide more

To use a separate DNS zone for shop.kttsoft.tk, you need to add DNS records in the kttsoft.tk zone

shop.kttsoft.tk. NS ns1.shop.kttsoft.tk.
ns1.shop.kttsoft.tk. A 159.65.125.18

or register all entries in the kttsoft.tk zone itself, otherwise your zone is not visible.
PS and you also need to register PTR for 159.65.125.18 at the hoster.
PPS but even if you do everything right - it's not a fact that your letters will stop getting into spam. It is not necessary for something serious, especially a store, to register a domain in a free zone.
