How to configure the rules for assigning an application created through a mail receiver in GLPI?

Good afternoon, we use GLPI, it's time to configure the mail receiver, the mailbox is accessed, we receive a message:
Number of messages: available = 1, found = 1, denied = 0, errors = 0, blacklisted = 0 but they are not integrated into the system, who uses it at home, tell me the rules configuration template, because the glpi website does not have this information.

@Janus74

there are no rules for the mail receiver in glpi.
In order for applications received via mail to be added, the sender's address must be matched with the user.

There are no rules. Only notifications are sent to the mail with a description of the problem. All work with applications is carried out in GLPI.

As previously answered, in order for applications received via mail to be added, it is necessary that the sender's address be matched with the user, i.e. create a user and add his mailbox to the email field. If this is difficult to do, then in "Settings> General" we allow the submission of anonymous applications
