How to configure the interface on Mikrotik?

Hello.
The provider gives me a trunk port with 3 vlans. Each of them has an IP address.
The problem is that these three addresses are on the same /24 subnet. And I can’t get through to each other, of course.
A bright idea came, I did it on the server as in the screenshot.

But on rb2011 it doesn't work that way, the route is unreachable.
Total - I need an IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.184/32 on the router and a gateway on this interface xxx.xxx.xxx.1.
Any thoughts? Thank you.

Everything was very simple, as usual.
It turned out, the Internet works, they see each other's addresses.

The provider is doing something wrong. Check with his TP how it happened that the physical environment is different, but the network is one.
