How to configure the Event Log using Group Policy in Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard?

Can't configure security log through policies. Maybe the fact is that the Standard edition, and not Datacenter? Couldn't find anything useful on google. Setting up the magazine manually will not work completely, you must deny access to the magazine to guests.
