How to configure the controller to open the barrier?

Good afternoon, for the first time I come across Era 2000 GSM controllers. I need the barrier to open on a call to the SIM card in this controller, but in the client program I don’t find any scheme that allows me to do this, although I may not see it stupidly. Where can I find these settings? Tell me, good people.

Technical support gave an amazing answer: where the user needs to add a key, the usual one is selected and instead of the key id, the phone number is entered, through 7, not +7. And to add a couple of words to the instructions - the hand did not rise.
