How to configure SQL-dialect in PHPStorm?

Googled, googled the article https://habrahabr.ru/post/184264/
Questions:
1) The article has the Database URL, User, Password fields, I only have URL templates and there are no fields at the bottom
2) Is it necessary to specify the path to the database, and if I don’t have it on the locale and I just opened one file to edit?
