I climbed all the settings - the result is 0.

That's right, it should be here.
Most likely you have an old Firmware, since judging by the documentation the feature was announced from the firmware
There is support for the SG200-50 and SNMP since March 2013 with version 1.3.0.59
But I won't be surprised that it will appear on the web after activation in the console.
