How to configure RTS line state reception of virtual COM port in STM32F1xx HAL library?

I am adapting a project with a virtual COM port on stm32f103. The microcontroller must respond to changes in the state of the DTR and RTS lines. The DTR state change triggers an interrupt with the USB_LP_CAN1_RX0_IRQHandler() handler, the DTR and RTS states are transmitted. Changing the RTS state does not cause an interrupt.
What to do?
