How to configure routes for OpenVPN clients?

The bottom line is this:
network 192.168.24.0/23
mikrotik router 192.168.25.1
OpenVPN server with the address 192.168.25.30, inside it, clients receive subnet addresses 10.8.0.0/30 (the server distributes them itself).
The client successfully connects from the Internet through the router, getting to OpenVPN and receiving the address 10.8.0.6. Then OpenVPN gives the client routes and the client quietly goes to the 192.168.24.0/23 subnet. From the subnet 192.168.24.0/23, no one sees the client from 10.8.0.6.
How to configure access to client 10.8.0.6? What settings should be made on the mikrotik router and on the OpenVPN server?

It is necessary to set up routes on the network computers to the VPN network through the VPN server.
Theoretically, you can configure the route only on the default gateway on the network, but then the packets will go to the VPN through an additional node, which, of course, will not add network performance.
