How to configure proxy, Hyper-V server without GUI?

Good question. How is it possible to configure Hyper-V Server 2012R2 to work with the squid proxy server.
It's trite how to register a host, port and username in a graph.
Group policies and wpad are not suitable.
Who faced? I will be grateful for answers.
