I'm trying to set up Mail for Business, that is, link the mail to my domain.
The problem is that the domain is registered on the old naunet.ru, where there is no such possibility as changing MX records. Is it possible to set the MX record settings in ispmanager, where it is hosted?

In the "Main" panel -> domain names -> select the desired domain from the list -> and change the settings (double click) prntscr.com/45svfb

If "where it is hosted" 2 IP addresses are provided in different class C subnets, then yes - you can. The domain will need to be delegated to these IPs.
But in general - help.yandex.ru/pdd/hosting.xml will help you. It will be easier.
