How to configure layouts in Ubuntu 14.10 Gnome Fallback on a per-window basis?

Installed Ubuntu 14.10, then gnome-session-fallback.
I set up the Russian language, turned on "a separate layout for each window."
This option works in Metacity but doesn't work in Compiz.
How to fix?
