How to configure IIS to block incoming requests?

Hello!
You need to configure IIS to block incoming GET requests to the site from IP addresses that are not on the whitelist. I can't figure out how to do it at all. Separately by IP and separately by requests, it seems to be extremely simple, but I don’t know how to combine it.
