But there is nothing in the answer.

109.234.158.51 - there is also a problem with
IP socforge.com/sw/Init.aspx - here is another problem
I noticed that many people are facing a problem: forums.asp.net/t /1948869.aspx , but I didn't find a solution. Maybe someone came across and solved it?
The server is running IIS 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.
