How to configure ftp server filezilla+router TL-WR940N to work with WAN?

Inside ftp everything is in order, it is not visible from the outside.
OS where filezilla server is Windows 7.
Initially I tried it by default, later on filezilla server in the passive mode settings section I set the port range 42100-42500 and as the use the following IP parameter the external IP address from the provider. The rest is default.
Firewall tried adding inbound/outbound exclusion options for ports 21, 14147. Tried disabling it altogether.
Since the external IP comes to the router, I forwarded ports 20, 21 and the port range 42100-42500 on it. From memory, I don’t remember exactly now, but on the router I also checked the FTP radiobutton somewhere in the security section.
