If I understand correctly, www.moidomen.ru and moidomen.ru should now point to the same page.
However, www.moidomen.ru gives what you need, and moidomen.ru gives the standard registrar page.
I wrote to technical support, they answered:
"Hello! DNS servers correctly return the specified record: <record description here>"

To get started, try: nslookup moidomen.ru, see what ip gives your provider
's DNS.
Compare these records, if in the first case a different ip is given, then you just need to wait until the dns servers update information on your domain.
It is also very interesting how your web server is configured, it is quite possible that only www.moidomen.ru is specified in the config. In this case, moidomen.ru will open the default host of the web server.

They do not point to the same page, but to the same IP address.
if there are many "virtual hosts" (websites) located at this address,
then it is possible that your site has the name only "www.moidomen,ru", and does not have the alias "moidomen.ru".
therefore, it gives a standard page (a page as if you just went to the ip address you are referring to).
