Are there Russian equivalents for wwwizer and dnsimple?

wwwizer provides ssl to the cloud and redirects to www from the base domain.
dnsimple - again ssl and dns hosting.

What do we have that is just as cool and convenient, so that dns requests are not sent across the ocean?

For DNS, you can use pdd.yandex.ru
For SSL, install Letsencrypt on the server and receive certificates automatically
