How to configure different VLANs in Multiple SSID mode on D-link DWL-2600AP?

Introductory:
Network of access points D-link DWL-2600AP (only 3 in different rooms, cluster included)
2 SSID: (update 2 VAP)
1. Without authorization (open);
2. With authorization (authorization).
Problem:
I can’t implement that each SSID would have different VLANs, dug up all the settings, everything leads to the purchase of a D-link DWC-1000 access point controller.
Question:
1. Can I implement this without using the D-link DWC-1000 controller?
2. Is there a software controller similar to DWC-1000 that will work with my access points?
