How to configure DHCP server on D-Link DGS-3200?

Good afternoon.
There is a D-Link DGS-3200-10 managed switch reset to factory settings (untagged VLAN1 on all ports). Clients are connected to ports 1-8. A router is connected to port 9, on which a DHCP server and an uplink to the provider are raised. DHCP Local Relay is enabled on the switch. The task is to get rid of the router by moving the DHCP server to the DGS-3200.
After enabling the DHCP server on the Switch, DHCP Local Relay is automatically disabled, but the Switch does not respond to client DHCP requests. At the same time, if you leave the DHCP server on the old router turned on, you can see that it receives requests from clients (the MAC addresses of clients appear in the client table and addresses from the pool are reserved for them, but after ~ 30 seconds the lease is released), but its responses clients do not reach (computers do not receive IP).

It's a strange task to set up a DHCP server on the switch, but if you want, you can try this: admin-gu.ru/device/d-link/d-link-nastrojka-dhcp-se...
