How to configure caching of the most popular content in RAM in NGINX?

Welcome all.
Can you please tell me how to set up caching of the most popular content in nginx?
An approximate understanding is this:
If the number of requests is greater than, say, 10 per minute, then caching occurs. if less, it is not cached and content is served from disks. You also need to set the content storage time in the cache.

1. In the location where frequently requested content is located, add the proxy_cache directive indicating the zone that will be saved to this partition.
