Why does a domain missing from the nginx config work?

Damn, what's the magic?!
In ISP Manager 4, the domain somehow disappeared in the "WWW domains" section. I try to add, the error pops up: "Domain name already exists". At the same time, there is no domain in the nginx config, but it opens in the browser and nginx is specified in the returned http headers... HOW?!
