How to configure automatic execution of SSh commands?

Hello!
There is a penguin (Linux) Ubuntu that has openssh installed. How to make sure that when a user connects to the SSH server, a command is automatically executed in his session (for each user, his own). In this case, all settings must be made on the server so that the client connects like a normal ssh server.
How to do this?!
Thanks in advance for your replies!!!
