How to configure access to a shared folder and subfolder?

You need to do this:
1) there is a folder "for the manager" only the manager (ordinary user, the "users" group) can copy and edit files in it, and everyone else can only read.
Put everyone (read) and menedzer (full control) seems to work , but how to make it so that in this folder there is another folder "for all" and all users can copy and modify files in it
? connecting to the "manager" folder and switching to the "for all" folder, it is not possible to save changes.

It all depends on where you assign permissions.
If it's in share permissions, then read-only mode for network shares cannot be overridden in subfolders. It affects the entire network resource.
If you set permissions directly in the folder properties, then they can be overridden in subfolders.
It is correct to do this:
Create a network share and write write access to it for everyone.
But we set the real rights to the folders directly in the properties of the folders themselves. They are more important.
Then it will be possible for some users to write to a subfolder, but the higher folders will be read-only.
