How to configure access from one subnet to devices in another?

Router Dlink 300 in which the cable with the Internet is connected. From Dlink, a cable was forwarded to another room where there is a huawei router that has a cable from Dlink plugged into the Internet port. Accordingly, Huawei distributes the Internet in another room, receiving it from Dlink.
DLink has a subnet of 192.168.0.*
Huawei has a subnet of 192.168.3.*
Now the question is how to make devices connected to Huawei normally see devices connected to Dlink?
