How to conduct optical fiber in a private (house inside the city)?

People help me, I live in a private house inside the city, I need to run fiber optics to the house (a house for 3 families). They contacted Rostelecom, but as I understood from their words, there is no point in running a cable for us. "but they did it not so long ago. (landline phone is not connected)

The simple answer is no.
Difficult answer - call, talk, ask to calculate the project. BUT! Get ready to see absolutely exorbitant amounts. No, the prov will conduct - for your money, at least to hell with #opu, the question is, will you pull such expenses?

Easy.
You can call one of the providers and try to arrange for them to send you a cable from the nearest connected home. In general, the problem is not new, read:

Optical fiber is usually rolled into the ground, or into a special telecommunications sewer. Speaking of wires, you are confusing with the analog broadband transmission method, as you rightly called it. As mentioned above, it is simply not economically profitable for the provider to pull a cable for you, install all the equipment that simply will not pay off, unless you yourself pay for the materials, equipment, pay for the work, but you still need to agree on this too.
