How to compress VHDX?

VHDX after compression takes place 14.1 GB, not 10 as the partition itself.
Why does VHDX compress the disk size by the size of the original data, and not by the amount of disk space it takes up?

After sdelete.exe -zc: size remained the same 14.1

If the image is not dynamic, then nothing.
For dynamic from DISKPART you can do:

select vdisk file=disk.vhdx
compact vdisk

Before that, you can do attach vdiskand go through the partitions with the sdelete program to wipe the free space. Then do detach vdisk
Not help for an encrypted disk.
