How to compose a grammar file for Microsoft.Speech?

vb.net and Microsoft.Speech
There are no difficulties with recognizing single digits, you need to recognize 2 numerical blocks in the range from 0.1 to 359.9 in Russian.
The phrases are:
"zero and one three hundred and fifty nine and nine" should be "0.1 359.9"
"three hundred and forty six and nine six and zero" should be "346.9 6.0"
How do I create a .grxml grammar file to parse these phrases?
