How to completely uninstall eset nod32 antivirus?

Hello, the bottom line is, I can’t delete "eset nod32" in the control panel, in the "programs and components" section, and the fact is that the folder itself on drive C with this antivirus was deleted only when I started safe mode, otherwise no way didn't want to leave. In fact, I don’t have it on my computers, but when I click uninstall in “Programs and Features”, I write “could not remove the eset service (ekrn) service”, I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m suffering for 4 hours, and I can’t install it again , writes that I already have it installed, and also tried to install a new one from Kaspersky, eset nod 32 interferes with it. Please help.

I had to demolish the system and reinstall Windows 10, but now everything works fine.
