How to completely remove Brackets?

I have Windows 10 64.
I have been working in Brackets for a long time.
Today I installed the Shizimily Multi-Encoding for Brackets plugin in Brackets.
This resulted in a crash.
Brackets starts up, the menu is available but not responsive, even "About" doesn't work. Demolished, reinstalled - still does not work.
Question - what to do?

If I'm not mistaken, look through regedit in the sections HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE too, there often "tails" remain, and you will have to clean them with pens. And it’s better to switch to another editor Sublime or VS Code (there is a version in Russian).
