How to complete the SSL certificate installation?

I bought a domain on reg.ru. They gave me an SSL certificate as a gift. I installed the certificate, but some browsers swear. Checked certificate https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html - error:
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following GlobalSign's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform. Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.
How to complete the installation (upload to the certification center)?

You were given an SSL certificate from a little-known CA, which in its chain does not have a ROOT CA installed in popular browsers.

What CA certificate? Where did they put it? How did you set? Where are the configs so that you can understand what the error is?
And it's worth checking https://www.ssllabs.com here.

It is necessary not to upload to the certification center - but to download and install as a trusted root certificate the certificate of the CA that issued the certificate to you. The root certificate is usually downloaded from the CA website. If there are intermediate CA certificates, then they need to be installed too. FF uses its own certificate base, donkey and chrome - system, opera - also its own.
Perhaps this error occurs because the certificate was issued by a little-known CA
