How to compile web applications (html+javascript+Web SQL) into android application (apk)?

Actually a question in a subject. Written web application (website). Uses only html, javascript, web SQL.
How quickly, possibly without or with minimal changes, to make an apk file out of it?
The application uses w2ui .

Try to look in the direction of Phonegap, it is able to convert some things in an Android application.
