How to compile Ubuntu for phone?

The front-end is tasked with compiling Ubuntu for the BQ Aquaris E5 Ubuntu
Edition. I took the sources from github.com/bq/aquaris-E5.
Please explain to the unenlightened how to compile them.

Ubuntu is a GNU/Linux distribution.
That is, it is a set of programs (although not only). Among which there may be scripts in interpreting languages. As well as documentation, etc. So the answer to your question is: no way.
