How to compile a project copied from git in Visual Studio?

There is a repository, everything is in C ++, I went in, clicked on the Clone or download button, clicked on the Open in Visual Studio button, how can I compile now? What to press?

Unzip if there is a project file open it in VS and compile. If you cannot read the instructions on the main project page or in the README.md file (maybe additional libraries, etc. are needed)
