How to compile a JavaSE project through a batch file?

Project. package in the style of
com.%proj_name%.%proj_dir%.%class_name%
according to directories
Started working in notepad, not ide.
The question became like this:
- you need to COMPILATE through a batch file, not ide
- I just can’t find how to implement it.
read Oracle docs:
about -sourcepath and -classpath
about @ options @ classes
but together it's impossible to rivet
