How to compile a file?

Actually, what is the question: I got the sources of one project using JD-GUI, but the trouble is that they are in the archive, and if I start unpacking, then classes with the same name are overwritten. How can you get out of this situation?J1zhemA.png

The problem is that the project was built on a *nix system where file/directory names are case sensitive. Option 2:
1. Enable case sensitivity in Windows by setting the registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\kernel\dword:ObCaseInsensitive to 0
2. Do everything in some Linux
