How to compare text from clipboard or context menu?

I don’t know where to start looking, maybe there is no such application. I would like to find a simple application that compares the selected text on a button from the context menu or when the text is copied to the clipboard. Comparison with a primitive database that you can quickly edit yourself, and even with an excel file, is not the point.
