How to compare hashes of multiple files on different computers?

One computer is running Windows XP, the other is Mac OS 10.8.5.
There is a certain file structure of many files and folders.
Files are transferred with the preservation of the directory structure from the first computer to the second using TeamViewer.
Task: to check that all data was transferred without loss.
Is there any solution that doesn't involve writing scripts?

@Rsa97

Archiving (possible without compression) - transfer - unzipping.
The archivers themselves calculate the checksum.

I don’t think that the TeamViewer developers are so stupid as not to foresee this moment and not automatically check the hash, but if you want to check it, I recommend looking at BitTorrent Sync, there is a hash check at the protocol level.
