How to communicate with the buyer of your product if he asks a lot of questions regarding the algorithm?

Hello!
Slightly non-standard question
Suppose I made a trading robot for Quick (a trading platform for stocks and futures), in the robot I implemented my idea, strategy and input data that can be changed.
The robot was distributed free of charge in the USA and Europe.
I also created a detailed instruction on customizable parameters, described the strategy, in general, a good manual.
After a while, users began to ask very meticulous questions, the answers to which can be found in the manual, and 40% of the questions specifically relate to the algorithm and internal conditions.
I want to ask if this is normal?
After all, 80 percent of the answers to questions are in the manual, the rest should not bother the user, these are internal algorithms.
And there are so many different questions!
In short, who has come across, answer everything and how detailed or is it worth constantly fixing the manual and making it read?
Note: for every 10 users there is one such meticulous one, what to do?

One of my very meticulous employers, prone to personal involvement in everything, was somewhat less enthusiastic after I said with a fanatical gleam in my eyes: “Oooh, this is a wonderful algorithm! , let's start with their review. I hope you have a good mathematical base? I studied it for five years at the university and ten years in practice, but I will try to give you briefly, 6 hours should fit in. Look for a quiet office with a marker board."
But be careful, it only works with commercials. If the employer is a techie, you can get in.
