How to commit HEAD to an existing branch?

I sat myself like this in a detachment, I think "We need to make a branch, otherwise I'll screw up the committees."
I did it git branch my-new-branch
, but I forgot to check :(
Now this is the state of trouble.

Tell me how to roll it all onto the branch?
You can, of course, delete the branch with a new one, but I'm afraid to lose the current HEAD.
