How to comment out code with part of the code itself?

On the recording of the webinar, the teacher commented out each line of code, but by clicking on something, a property was automatically added at the end of each comment, how did he do it? Gif attached:

  1. Select one colon after the first property
  2. Press the left arrow to move the multi- cursor to the left of the colon
  3. Click Shift + Hometo enter all properties from the end to the beginning of each line
  4. Click Ctrl + Cto copy all properties to clipboard
  5. Click Ctrl + Enterto add a space between each line
  6. Click Ctrl + .to create a new comment
  7. Write text
  8. Click Ctrl + Vto paste from line buffer

Not sure about CSS properties, but you can edit multiple lines at the same time by holding down Altthe mouse or keyboard and clicking on the lines, then clicking Shift + Alt + Afor multiline comment
