How to combine two remote computers into one network?
Don't be scared)
--------
Comp 1: Windows Server 2008 on Amazon WS
Comp 2: Windows XP with VirtualBox and several virtual Windows XP on it (at my house).
Virtual Windows XP are connected via network bridges (using VirtualBox "a) to the Internet network card.
Task: Get access to local proxy servers that are raised on virtual XP from remote Computer 1.
--------
Tried with PPTP, standard Windows tools, raise a server on computer 1, L2TP and with IPsec also tried, but virtual XP does not connect to the server and that's it.
I tried Neorouter, it doesn't see my proxies from computer 1. I
even raised a separate server with IPsec + L2TP. Mac OS connects to it, but Windows does not.
I would be grateful for any lead.

Why do people like to complicate things so much?
Command lines, certificates, registry, three-story manuals...
Hamachi helped, it's free for up to 5 people.
1) Register on the Hamachi website.
2) In your personal account, go to "My networks" -> "Add client".
3) In the office, go to "My networks" -> "Add network" and add clients to the new network.
OpenVPN + manuals, manuals and more manuals.
If it doesn't work, read the manuals again until it works.
Hmm, most likely Windows does not like the certificate from an unreliable source. Add CA to trusted ones and it should work.
What's in the log files ("logs", in your case) on the host and server. "Telepathic thinking" will not help here.
