How to combine two home networks through a remote server with Internet access through the latter?
Available:
1. home network with addressing 192.168.10.0/24. The provider provides an ip address for accessing the Internet from the range of private addresses (10.0.0.0/8). In short, gray ip. Connecting via pppoe. Home router from mikrotik.
2. Exactly the same home network with a different addressing - 192.168.20.0/24 and a gray ip from the provider. mikrotik router.
3. Remote VPS in Latvia with white ip respectively. TUN/TAP available.
It is necessary to combine both home networks through a remote server.
Planned remote access to all home networks from anywhere in the world, as well as from one home network to another, to the server and vice versa.
I have already tried a lot because of which I have already become confused and constantly run into obstacles.
Initially, I planned to connect everything via l2tp using softether vpn. Clients connect without problems, access to the Internet is also not a problem through the server, and it’s impossible to combine networks. As I did not try to register routes, but the packets do not reach the desired network.
I found such an article on Habré https://habr.com/post/337426/
This is almost what you need, but the gre tunnel is used here, and, as I understand it, it requires white ip on both sides (although I'm not sure).
I wanted to find someone live, but in my small town it is very difficult to find literate people.

Can you provide a more detailed answer with examples of your configuration? There's also the question of how your VPS is configured, what's on it... Again, for what purpose do you want to connect them? Play? Watch films? Sharing files? What operating systems... Did you ping between networks? Did he go to the server at all?
Let's just say, there are more questions than answers.
