How to combine study with work, if the study is part-time?
I study part-time at the university.
It annoys me that during the training sessions (and this is 2 weeks, from December 7-20) I will have to not work, because the classes will be held from morning to evening, and sitting without money is not an option.
In this regard, questions:
1. How and where to find a job, where they will let go to study (are there many such companies).
2. Or wait until the end of the study, and look after it. (But this option does not fit in any way)
PS I am well versed in computer hardware, and programming is at the learning stage.
I tried to get a job as a sysadmin, and they need full-time staff, without valid study passes.
Tell me how to be. Thank you.

You can take a planned vacation 2 times a year for 2 weeks just, you can finally take it at your own expense.
Some large offices give student leave. I took it myself for two years. There were no problems.

try support/duty engineer in a DC/Internet provider - there work in shifts, you can easily exchange with someone.
In fact, at the interview, you can discuss the possibility of combining work and study.
Any company in the course of employment is obliged by law to let you go on study leave. It seems to me that IT people get a decent salary and can afford not to work for six months
